CRITICAL PATH SCHEDULE

CONEXUS will create a critical path construction schedule for use with bidding or construction, and if requested, will incorporate an expediting log with material lead times and will continue to update schedule throughout duration of construction to ensure an accurate schedule at all times.

COMMUNICATIONS

CONEXUS will oversee all communications, including but not limited to stakeholder coordination, meeting minutes, and transmittal management, ensuring communications are open and documented.

THIRD PARTY INSPECTIONS

CONEXUS will conduct reoccurring site inspections, prior to and throughout the duration of construction, accompanied with a documented observation report to document the contractors adherence to specifications, workmanship quality issues and overall construction progress.

SUSTAINABILITY PLANNING

CONEXUS will aim to reduce both future maintenance costs and the overall carbon footprint of the project by assessing current and future building needs, and incorporating sustainable green building practices where appropriate.

ESTIMATES AND TAKE OFFS

CONEXUS will conduct material take offs and financial estimates, as well as draft a proposal for entire project bids or select project scopes, either for budgeting purposes or a formal bid submission.

POST CONSTRUCTION
WARRANTY MANAGEMENT

CONEXUS will continue to manage warranty claims for a predetermined time period post construction to allow for quicker claim processing and better accountability.

PUNCH LIST MANAGEMENT

CONEXUS will complete post construction punch walk, first creating a list documenting any remaining scopes yet to be completed and any quality issues that need to bee rectified, then following up with appropriate stakeholders to ensure resolution.

CONEXUS will manage the solicitation and documentation of all incoming and outgoing transmittals, requests for information, submittals, and project related documents, and if requested will complete review of all tranmittals to ensure completeness.

COST LOADING

CONEXUS will manage Schedule of Values SOV and CPM Schedule, and will conduct cost loading by assigning estimated cost to each scheduled task to better track project progression and cost, ensuring maximum accountability.

LEAN SIX SIGMA

CONEXUS will analysis production and utilize LEAN SIX SIGMA principles to reduce waste and increase quality with the goal to produce a higher quality product at a cheaper price.

BUYOUT BID LEVELING

CONEXUS will mange the buyout and bid leveling process by creating the appropriate bid packages and bid clarifications that can be used in both buyout and contract drafting, then reviewing and leveling all incoming bids to ensure all bids are comparable and no scope is missed.

LABOR ANALYSIS

CONEXUS will complete a labor analysis per the tasks outlined on the CPM Schedule, forecasting labor for the duration of the project, ensuring adequate manpower on site when needed. If requested, can assist in developing work packages for better tracking daily production.
