AMENDMENT LOMA

CONEXUS will assist with LOMA (Letter of Map Amendment) application and required documentation, with the goal to officially amend the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map and avoid flood insurance altogether.

TITLE SURVEY

CONEXUS will collect field data to produce an asbuilt site map of existing conditions for use with legal matters, financial institutions, mortgage refinancing and property transactions, in accordance with American Land Title Association (ALTA) standards, with oversight by a PLS.

CONEXUS will produce a construction site map required for permitting process and civil construction layout, including but not limited to infrastructure, grading utilities and property limits.

CONEXUS will utilize an unmanned aerial vehicle drone, piloted by a licensed drone pilot and equip with LIDAR scanning for land surveying, allowing for easier site access and faster data collection

CONEXUS will review historical data and legal descriptions to provide evidence and backing for claim, and if needed, will work with a land dispute lawyer to ensure any property encroachments are resolved amicably.

CLEARING LIMITS

CONEXUS will use approved building plans to stake clearing limits and define limits of disturbance on a site, including marking of any structures or trees to be removed, prior to construction starting.
